Booked a lovely 2 bedroom suite - very spacious and access to Club lounge was a wonderful inclusion. Our butler Ibrahim was very helpful. The breakfast is elaborate and yummy options. The kids club has a lazy river that the kids enjoyed. There is also mini golf and football for the kids which is not shown in photos or informed by staff but we discovered ourselves. Comfortable and nice property! We also visited the Lourve which is only 15 mins away.

Definitely one of our best holiday in the UAE. First- Wonderful and friendly staff. Every request was attended to with the utmost attention and care Comfortable rooms with good size beds and excellent quality bedding. Kids club- one of the best we have seen with excellent facilities (water slide, lazy river) and lovely and friendly staff. They had a fantastic schedule of activities for kids. The breakfast spread was wonderful, tables were cleaned and waited super fast. The food options at the pool bar were also excellent and the service was next to none. The pool and beach facilities were superb. We even saw dolphins on one of the mornings. Every details was well thought of and considered. We travelled with kids but loved that they had special dedicated areas for adults only, which is rare and such a great consideration to give families space to play and adults to have their quiet time.

The staff were really amazing during our stay. I had mentioned it was my partner's birthday on my booking and this was transfered all the way through to our dinner reservation. The staff made this such a lovely experience for us both. The room was modern and very spacious. It seems to be more suited to families.

For the Villa room we had the best available experience including concierge service. Hotel is nicely located on the private beach which is a bit wild and seemed like a bit wild. but after conversation with concierge we figured out that this is a retreat area for turtles which are coming in the right season to put their eggs there. big and comfortable Vilas, small and cozy territory of the hotel.

3rd stay at this hotel in less than 1 year and we love it. Staff, food quality, facilities, kids activities are great. Rooms are big and if you have kids you can opt for twin room where house keeping can join them together making a huge bed which kids love.

Beautiful property with a private beach, pool, and restaurants. The restaurant that's part of the resort package serves delicious Arab/Lebanese/Indian food. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
